Work is resuming at the Rock Harbor Commercial Wharf this fall. Here’s what to know:

 Location: 113 Rock Harbor Rd, Orleans
Timeline:

• Week of Sept 29: Contractor mobilization begins

• Oct 22: Major construction resumes (steel pipe pile driving)

Impacts:

• Public access to the Commercial Wharf will be restricted once work begins. Local businesses remain open and accessible outside the project site.

• Expect increased noise from pile driving.

• Increased truck traffic on Bay View Dr. as materials are delivered and stored in the Rock Harbor parking lot.

• Mariners: Use caution around installed steel piles, travel at slow speed, and monitor VHF Ch. 16/13.
