Construction crews are scheduled to begin milling work tomorrow, October 31, on South Orleans Road (Route 28), between Pond Road and Finlay Road.
Crews will then mobilize to Pond Road and then Finlay Road to continue milling work.
Traffic delays are anticipated, and police details will be present to direct vehicles safely through construction areas.
