[ARCHIVED] Rock Harbor Bulkhead Project

Crews will be mobilizing to Rock Harbor on October 1st to begin replacement of the commercial bulkhead. There will be no access to the commercial parking area near the fish market. Please plan accordingly and expect delays in accessing the larger parking lot at Rock Harbor.
