Wednesday 6/12, from 7a - 4p: Finlay Road local traffic from Lots Hollow Road will only be able to drive as far as the Animal Hospital. Traffic headed to Giddiah Hill Road/Rayber Road will be detoured through the Transfer Station (which will be closed for the day). Finlay Road remains closed at Route 28.
