Have questions about the Orleans Sewer Project or preparing for connection? The Town is offering a series of Open Office Hours to provide residents, property owners, and businesses with direct access to information and support.
During these sessions, Sewer Program Coordinator John Nelson will be available to answer questions about Phase 2 of the sewer project, including connection timelines, permitting, selecting an engineer or contractor, grinder pump systems, and financing options. Whether you’re just getting started or need help navigating next steps, these drop-in sessions are designed to make the process clearer and more manageable.
No appointments are necessary—simply stop by Town Hall (Skaket Room) during any of the scheduled times below:

- April 2 | 10 AM – 12 PM
- April 7 | 1 PM – 3 PM
- April 15 | 12 PM – 2 PM
- April 24 | 1 PM – 3 PM
