Procurement in Orleans is governed by Massachusetts General Laws, including M.G.L. c. 30B (Uniform Procurement Act), M.G.L. c. 30, §39M (Public Works Contracts), M.G.L. c. 149 (Building Construction), and M.G.L. c. 7C, §§44–58 (Designer Selection). The Town of Orleans reserves the right to reject any and all bids or proposals when determined to be in the Town’s best interest.
